We at ‘Round Midnight ACTIVELY promote our gigs. We don’t just stick a note on our website and a poster in our bar, we work hard to ensure we always have an audience. Likewise, we expect our musicians to ACTIVELY promote their gig with the same dedication. This means doing more than sticking it on their mailing list and website and sending us a poster.
WE PAY OUR MUSICIANS what we can afford to pay them and firmly disapprove of Pay-to-Play venues and gigs that don’t pay the musos anything. We are an independently owned, family run business and aim to treat our bands, customers and staff with the attention and respect they deserve.
